STARTUP FOUNDERS FORUM

TUESDAY, MAY 3 (Student, Invitation-Only Event)
This invitation-only event will be hosted at the Musctine History and Industry Center in downtown Muscatine. Muscatine Community College and area High School Students will meet face-to-face with Muscatine CEOs for a day filled with networking, learning and exploring exciting new adventures in entrepreneurship.
10:00AM -- Mike & Dianne Furlong, Founders of Ardon Creek Vineyards & Winery. Launched in 2008 to fulfill the promise of community and farm revitalization. Day-to-day vineyard and winery operations are managed by Mike, his wife Diane Furlong and a crew of local community members.
The vineyard is 4.1 acres in size and includes five varieties of hard-hardy grape vines. Our grapes are red – Concord, Noiret, Chancellor and white – Edelweiss and LaCrosse. Our own juice is supplemented by the same varieties from the Finger Lakes wine region of New York. All wines are vinted, cellared and bottled in Ardon Creek's own winery.
